Why do you need to clean your chimney flue?

• To prevent chimney fires
• To ensure the proper venting
• To remove Creosote (dangerous combustable deposite that builds up on the inside surfaces of the chimney flue)
• To improve efficiency: A cleaner flue will burn more efficiently and give off more heat.
• The chimney that has not been cleaned properly and timely will result in a slower burning fire and possibly smoke

Why do you need to clean your dryer vent?

• There are 16,800 dryer vent fires a year, majority of which is a result of lack of proper cleaning.
• We will remove all highly flammable lint from your duct and inspect your dryer vent system for improper installation (also a very real danger)
• In addition to being a fire hazard, a dryer vent clogged with lint reduces airflow so your dryer does not work as efficiently as it used to. It also uses more energy and costs you more.
• During the service we will unhook your dryer, clean the vent duct with special tools, check connections. We will also service all venting situations, including today's extremely long vent ducts. (These ducts are especially susceptaptible to lint build-up.
