          Appetizers:

                      Smoked Bacon Blue Cheese Dip

                      Shrimp & Grit Bites

                      Southern-Style Smoked Deviled Eggs

 

            Main Courses:

                        Homemade Hush Puppies

                        Bayou Grilled Shrimp (sourced from the Gulf)

                        Honey Glazed Shrimp (sourced from the Gulf)

                        Alligator with Trimmings

 

            Dessert:

                        Pecan Pie

 

We will include a complete Recipe Book with this class!

You will also have the opportunity to see the complete process of an alligator goes; from selection, brining, prepping, trimming, seasoning, smoking times and temperatures are all taken into very thoughtful consideration and well planned.

 

This class will be done on Charcoal and Wood.

Smokers used will be Primo Ceramic Grills and Myron Mixon Offset Smoker.

Deep fried foods will be done in High Performance Cookers.
